Overview

ClipShack AI offers digital creator software and AI processing services. Because exports and AI generation consume compute resources, refund eligibility depends on usage and billing type.

Subscriptions

You may cancel a subscription at any time from billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues through the current billing period unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Refund requests for partial billing periods are reviewed case-by-case. Contact support within 7 days of charge if you believe a billing error occurred.

One-time purchases

One-time export or access purchases are generally non-refundable once the export or entitlement has been delivered, except where required by law or in cases of verified platform failure.
